To learn more about me and to read some of what I've done, explore the following links:
> Resume. Here's your traditional "I worked here and there and this is what I did." It doesn't include some of the crazier things I've done, like being a taxi driver for circus clowns one summer or helping produce a professional croquet tournament. But it has everything else.
> Web & Papers. Short takes on the Web sites (Portfolio.com, FOXNews.com and ABCNews.com) as well as the newspapers (The Washington Times, The Tampa Tribune) I've worked for. Where possible, I've included links to stories I've written.
> Magazines. Samples of my long-form work, mostly about the fight between gays and social conservatives in the mid 1990s. You'll see two examples where my work broke ground -- the first interview with a sitting president about gay topics and the outing of congressmen who tried to keep their homosexuality a secret.
> Wanderings and Wonderings. This was my first attempt a blog. It's been inactive for a year, but I'm in the process of starting it again.
How I looked in 1996, when I was living in Washington and covering politics for The Advocate.
